Return & Replacement Policy

We believe strongly in the quality of our products and hope you're satisfied with every Chandler Farm purchase you make.  If you're not pleased with your purchase, however, you may return it by mail and we'll gladly provide you a full refund or exchange if you return it within 30 days.

Please include a copy of your original receipts and indicate whether you want a refund or replacement, the reason for the return, a description of the item you are returning and its price.

Chandler Farm reserves the right to substitute a product of equal value and nature if the original product becomes unavailable.  Return shipping fees are not reimbursable.


Damaged Items & Order Processing Errors
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.   Although some wear and tear is normal, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, or if we made an error in processing your order, please contact us within 30 days at (303) 797-6633 or send us an email to customercare@chandlerfarm.com and we'll replace your order.  

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service and retain the original shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.  We'll promptly schedule a UPS pickup and cover the cost of return shipping.
